Yeah, people can be annoyed... i guess i just needed some blessing 
anyway - higher output pickups like a supr distortion can help... i have a Chopper and t still can get some spank, but not nearly as much as when i coil tap it
edit: just ordered Area T neck with gold cover... to match my gold HW... i'm curious how fast i'll fuck it up
