Re: The Graphics & Custom Threads - All Years - Updated 12/3
Thanks!
I hadn't worked in a 1590A enclosure since 2008, or given two seconds of thought to getting into the mini pedal game...
I'm a bit worried about the emails I'm setting myself up for.
But this was for a repeat customer, and I saw a way I could do it with standard/metal pot shafts and those awesome top-adjust knobs.
For years, I've been thinking about commissioning a phenolic or ABS version of those knobs (or wishing SmBear would take the initiative, haha)...machined aluminum is nice, but I prefer the warmer feel of phen/abs, and $2.65 is a lot for one knob.

Talk to Ken at Gorva design. He recently helped me out getting a ABS remade in Aluminum, He could definitely go the other way.FuzzHugger wrote:Thanks!

A subtle update on the Velcrobot graphic. Art by Jeff Fialko, who gets a cut of each sale.
I've also gained-up the circuit a bit, with a touch more lows, and subtracted the tiniest hint of highs. It's still my nastiest fuzz.

You know what Tom, those sound like the perfect changes to that circuit. I mean, it was great before. But it did cut a fair bit of bass. And it did frizzle fry the treble pretty good and proper.
