The past month has made me remember that I can't count on anyone.

another day. it snowed again. i hate winter.

still heartbroken, still don't know what to do for it except take pills and hug my cat. i'm really tired of breaking down crying in the middle of something because memories come back again. i don't think i'm ever going to get better.

The ditto X2 i was getting today was stolen from my mail box by an unknown person(s). Police are coming by in a bit.

I know how it sounds, but I really need to work on my playing. I've been fucking around aimlessly for too long. I haven't been that prog rock/muso rock guy for about 4 years now and I don't think that i'll want to be another Loomis clone again. But fuck man, I just hate this feeling.

One of my friends was in a car crash at the weekend, and she's physically ok but obviously really shook up. I went to see her at her desk today (we work together) and she looked like she was going to burst into tears at any moment and clearly couldn't handle talking to people. It makes me sad and annoyed because I really want to help her but can't actually do anything actively about it.

Rejection letter from UNC - Chapel Hill. Not surprised, since this was hands down the most competitive school I was applying to. Still waiting to hear back from 5 schools.

Total first-world problem: I've been thinking about doing a little EP project on my own this year. Not banking on getting it done on that timetable, but it's a goal. Anyway, I find out today that the "band" name I had picked out for the project has been taken. As I said, FWP.
