Wrist/thumb/hand pain decides to flare up as soon as I get a bunch of new awesome pedals and start a new job. Probably because of those 2 things. Now Im realizing that i bend my wrist weird when I pick. used to be my fretting hand that hurt, so I switched to short scale. now its my picking hand. Bleh.
Also, living rent and utility bill-free with my grandpa while we get his house ready to sell. Sweet, except when he blatantly ignores the rules my wife and I have laid down concerning our son. No you may not feed the infant a hot dog. Also, I have about a one-hour window of time to play with my amp cranked between the kid needing attention/sleep and my grandpa being old and cranky. Any other time its headphones for me.

sick today. achey, my chest hurts, can't do anything, depressed as a mofo. looks like a snow day from work tomorrow, though. yes, that's right, more fucking snow. fuck the polar vortex in its eye with an eye-cicle.
i've hit a point where i feel like i don't what i'm doing in my job, don't like where i am or how i'm living, and can't really do anything about it. and i totally can't deal with the mountain of shit from my past that's coming up behind me...i have bills from California that still want me, and still haven't filed last year's taxes.
