These all describe how I feel when I get a mean text or email from a client who's having a bad day and decided to complain to me about the setup on their guitar/bass that they already played when they picked up and told me they were happy with it.

I decide on rounding up if the client has pissed me off or not, also if the clock goes past 45.

This is a good question....
I can also offer broken patch cables and some weird electronic equipment I am not smart enough to use.

ST, just noting that this exactly what a lot of people say to doctors...I hear the same complaint you are giving in your post every night haha.
"I'm sick!"
"What exactly is wrong?"
"I don't feel good."
"How so? Where? Can you be more specific?"
"I'm sick! All over! Everywhere!"
"Can you give me a specific area that you hurt?"
"Why aren't you helping me, I'm sick?!"
Every night I hear that same thing...haha, the jobs aren't that different haha
this Does help a bit.
