Anyone know who it was that D'addario dropped? That's who I'd be interested in avoiding for "reasons".

ok then.
Side note, I've never even heard a Skreddy pedals demo but their name has always rubbed me the wrong way. Not sure if they meant to take the name from Lynda Barry's comics or not, but I remember one day doing an image search for Skreddy and was confronted with a bunch of damn pedlols.

i completely associate myself with your remarks, and i'm 61.

I wish I could just see Skreddy's alleged post. Great pedals. His Hybrid Fuzz Driver is an all time fave of mine and he replaced my footswitch for free even though I bought it second hand.

It's cause musical instrument companies think women are only like 12% of the market, but as fender found out when they actually did real market research we're actually 50% shock of shocks.
and cause you know, the country is owned by wretched old white dudes who don't care if they're sexist or not cause they already have your money and your rights.
Maybe they are doing it for far less nefarious reasons, like it sells gear? You don't think a company is smart enough to know which of their ads generate the most sales? Music companies exist to make money, not to be champions of the liberal PC agenda..
Uh huh, so why is Gibson $1 billion dollars in debt and the New york Times thinks the industry is bad enough that they're calling it the death of the guitar? Dwarfcraft through PRemier Guitar, She Shreds and anyone with a brain realizes this shit isn't working anymore cause they're neglecting the other half of the market. The car industry learned it the hard way too.
The people who cling to this marketing are either evil or stupid. It's statistically not working anymore.
Also don't call me a liberal, I'm a socialist, not a wimpy "Regulated capitalism" doofus.

These last 2 pages confirm a few things:
1) When a 'boomer's word cloud contains 500pt font depictions of SNOWFLAKE, TRIGGERED and SJW...they are MAD ONLINE(tm) and you'd best believe they are unironically oblivious to being the original me-first "muh maypo" generation, so brace yourself for some soul-crushing 2013 memes.
2) I love good tubes and nice tiddies, but I'm no fan of marketing departments and the pandering, manipulative, suggestive imagery [they] callously offer up and obnoxiously push in my face.
3) facebook is still the most on-topic, thread-appropriate company itt

Straight from 1963.
Though, to be quite honest I feel like just replying to this thread might be bad for business.
