So I injured my back 10 years ago and did some serious rehab for quite a while and then haven't really been bothered by it for a loong time. I'm starting to feel it again now with my right leg become all tingly and stuff too, which is a bit worrying. I just hope regular excersizing and stretching every time before I get out or in bed well be enough. I really don't need this back in my life (pun intended).

You mean, like adhering to tempo or showing up on time or making decisions at the wrong time or what?

Gear released from customs Tuesday morning, I still haven't gotten it. The customs office is 30 mins away from me. I'm very impressed.
