As long as it has good crush I'm down with it. I have a line where I can get a Red Bear half stack. the MK120. I haven't bit cause I get to go to court today about a speeding ticket that I didn't get because it's bullshit.
Side note got a pair of Eminence Cannibas Rex practically new for 76 bucks.

nice score on the rexii SLK, that's a good deal.
I've been wanting another bear to compliment my current bear. GODDAMN THE LOW END ON THAT MOTHER FUCKER.
But after seeing EYEHATEGOD and now listening to their new record I really want some old Ampeg SS hotness. They're more expensive than most SUNN amps you see on the list and fleabay. It's crazy. I need to find somebody who doesn't know what they've got and take them for all they're worth.

I used to have an SS150, I sold it cheap to someone on stonerrocklives last year I think for super cheap. $150 plus shipping I think, I bought it for slightly less. He was one of those guys who buys and sells gear every other week though, so he flipped it like the next week I think. If I'd known he was going to do that, I probably would have kept it. I didn't need the money, I just wasn't playing guitar in a band, had lots of other amps and he was posting about how that was his dream amp and he wished he could find one, so I offered to sell it to him.
Now I'm selling my Beta Bass for what I researched as the going rate and it's been sitting for a month. I've been getting offers on that as long as I've owned it and all I ever got was raised eyebrows about the SS150. So weird to me.

Well... now I have nothing to say.

Do you mean this one?

Because I don't think we can do that any more. With the knobs in place it'll look like this:

I don't actually know. I sent Nick a few images (not that one) of what I had in mind, then he came back with that doozy all done and everything.

Yea I really can't wait to dig in on em. I think I'll throw em into this other birch 212 I've built but haven't tolexed or anything. You know more so just to test em out.
I love AmpegSS's they used to be so cheap which is how I ended up with 3 SS150's and 3 SS140c's and one each of the VH150 and VH140c. I think more so in the last couple of years people are researching and finding out what a ton of classic death and grind bands used to and currently use and that's usually what drives up the price. ebay is where I used to see em go for cheap which is were I got half of mine usually less than 200 each but now I'm seeing them asked for around 4-5 which I still think is high. I did see one for a 100 but it ended up going for 285 or something.

And the 24 frets. And the gold hardware. And the Schecter-grade overuse of abalone. At least Ibanez has figured out where the pickup selector's supposed to go.
...sorry, I'm a picky bitch about LP-types. Most non-Gibson models are just shred guitars that happen to have an LP-shaped body and maybe a set neck.

Seriously, though. A true twisted genius. I'm willing to forgive the Korn mic stand because he gave us this:
