Fuck comcast. Seriously. So many times now have they randomly raised my bill without warning. And for an internet provider their website sure is slow and clunky as fuck. Glad I'm moving at the end of the month and won't have an extra internet bill.

Try as I might I can't get the Miami accent out of me. Back in Florida it was pretty subtle sounding since everyone else's was much more accented in comparison —But now that I'm someplace that doesn't speak it I stick out like a preppy sore thumb.

Haha. I know exactly what you mean. I don't have a strong Wisconsin accent, as far as Wisco standards go...but man. When I leave the midwest, I can hear it loud and clear.

car got towed.... luckily (I guess) they didn't impound it. They only moved it like 2 blocks, and then charged me with a $150 ticket. How are parking tickets not considered straight up theft?

^^^ That happened to me once when I lived in Brooklyn. Weird indeed. They didn't even give me a ticket
Mild irritation: sites that send you back to the top of the previous page when you hit the back button. Fuck that shit.

Apparently they only impound cars if the offense is bad enough

They just moved it to a block where the street repairs or whatever they're doing isn't going on.
Now I'm all paranoid about where it's safe or not to park in my neighborhood...
Also I've noticed that the mild but extremely irritating eczema I get on one hand goes away when I'm away from work, and flares up each week when I go back. If the universe were ever trying to tell me something.....

Yeah, that seems strange to me. Maybe Milwaukee is just tow-happy. Around here, any excuse to tow brings it to the municipal lot. At least, I think. I'm pretty savvy/cautious about street parking, so it doesn't happen to me.
I do wish I had off-street parking at my apartment though. :c

Give me a year and I'll be speaking a truly frankenstinian Miami-boston garble that will be understood by nobody.

I think the closest electronics supply shop to me burned down.
They had a sign that said "closed due to fire" the last time I was there a month ago and, apparently, they finally closed the fence to even enter the property.
They don't even have a message for the phones that says they're closed, so calling is pointless.
Also, the last Radioshack near me is closing next month.
