After 14 years, I have a Flying V again!
It's a Vintage brand VV60 model, a copy of a 59 Korina V. Anyone familiar with these? There's not much info online, apparently they were only build from 2010 to 2011 before Gibson sued them.
It might take some time until it arrives home, unfortunately. Seller had no case, so shipping was too risky for me and a friend will pick it up. I plan to find a decent case next, so it can be shipped savely.

Here's a screenshot from the ad:
It looks just like the one I had before, but that was a Bohemia made Epiphone from 1998. I should have never sold that guitar! It was absolutely perfect!
Now, I'm really curious how the Vintage holds up. I hope it's not a dud...

That is super hot
I have a story about my latest V. It's hopefully nearing the final chapter, but I dunno. As soon as I get it back from my buddy I'll post about it. It's been epic.

I suppose this could go in any number of threads, but for Mudfuzz, I'm leavin' it here:
Pricey at $1,300 retail. Does include the case. And Epiphone is really upping their game lately—I’ve got a ‘20 and a ‘22 Epi that tell me that the finish on these should be really excellent, poly for people who don’t like poly finishes. Weights are crazy, too—three out of four that Sweetwater was showing were under 6 pounds.
But expensive.

Yeah, I’ve always loved epi’s, I remember really wanting the model they did in the 90s before the korinia ones… things are rare due to faith no more fans though… still, I remember liking those better than what Gibson was making at the time..
