Here we go, I'm resurrecting this thread.
I'm trying this for the first time tonight, and it's pretty good. I recommend it.

I just finished a bottle of Samuel Smith Pure Brewed Organic Lager Beer, and I think it was the smoothest beer I have ever drunk. Highly recommended.

Good choice. That stuff is tasty.
Right now, I'm drinkin' a Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout (that may or may be past its "best by" date).
(I think I also may've just accidently {by typo} invented a new beer style: stour [a combination of stout and sour])

Thanks for the tip, I found a store about a mile from home that sells it. Ain't the internet age grand?

Step 1: brew it
Step 2: experiment with the recipe until it works
Step 3: patent it
Step 4: become the King of Stour and
$$$ PROFIT
$$$
Also, your typo kind of reminded me of the Band Names thread somehow.

The store was out of Samuel Smith, so tonight I just have to settle for a Guinness Extra Stout. Alas, poor me.
22 fluid ounces...you know, that's almost a pound-and-a-half of beer.

Insanely into smoked beers lately. Went and bought all the remaining stock of Schlenkerla at a local place so I don't have to share it lol.

I dig the Extra. It's often in the self-assembled sixer, gah.

Gah indeed. And if you like a nice smooth lager, try this one from the Czech Republic:
