Thank you sir. I had found my way there earlier today but no I love doom stickers yet. Must have updated after I had looked.
I also just got to see Agalloch again on monday and it was a killer show. I accidentally bought vip tickets for a couple more bucks and so I got to watch the show in their vip section. No seats or anything but it was right in back of the sound board and Billy Anderson is working as Agalloch's live sound engineer. It was cool to watch him work, I just wish I had gotten a chance to talk to him about his other work.
It was a great show and now of course I feel the desire to play some agalloch and krallice type metal.

That rules. What's next in line as far as gear acquisitioning goes?

I'm slowly working my way through it and so far it's all pretty badass. the Mico De Noche cd has been stuck in my cars cd player. I just can't seem to get the darn thing out of there.
When they get the Ex-Gods album together, we will all freak the fuck out. I'm pretty sure about that.
Thanks again brother, very cool of you. Stoked to hear Mico live if you guys make that happen.
Yeah Mike did the same for me a little while back in the HCFX days as well as lent me a Donald Ray Pollock book that was fucking awesome. And now that I think about it I never sent that book back, sorry mike! If you see this PM me your addy and I'll ship it out, it's just on my shelf right now.
D-Day wrote:Also I'm selling off that crazy Garnet slave and the Bassman 135 to fund a 'Prince amp' from Soldano. I know I mentioned it before but Prince's people called up Mike and said that he wanted the cleanest amp ever so he could just plug his board into the front. So he built him two and he liked them so much he ordered two more. I got to play this second set of two with my axe and pedals and everything and
holy fuck. So now Prince got two more for his other guitar player and dude from
The Valley is rockin one out live and Mike's making a full fledged 'product' of it and I pretty much need one. It's basically a stripped down Avenger. I believe he lopped two gain stages off the front and that's about it. Depth, presence, BMT, gain and master. It's squeaky fucking clean waaay up the dial and fuzz sings like a motherfucker. This is an idea that me and Dan from the Valley have been pushing for YEARS. But oh sure,
Prince asks for it and it's out the door in a week. Pffft
I guess I don't have much else to say except listen to
Sioux and it's nice to see you guys doing good

Damn that sounds like something I REALLY want and won't have money for. Sheeeeeit.

Same for me, it keeps sending me to a weird non-page when I try to login.

I'd still be way into it.

Yeah Mike is that rarest of species, the Extratius Radicus Duderonius.
I don't want to know what those things cost. I'm just going to assume they are way outside my price range and try not to think about it.

Shits driving me nuts. Full on Tacoma warzone. Somewhat tempted to return fire.
It's actually helping me that 2 of the dogs hate it. Comforting them makes me less freaked out.
Someone keeps lighting off shit that sounds just like a .50 cal.
THUM THUM THUMP.
Stop that!
Mr. B hooked me up a doobert. that's helped too.
Bringing it back Pope!

So after working 48 hours straight I came home yesterday and opened the box from Mark. The custom pedal looks way fucking cooler in person than the pics show. BAT knocked it out of the fucking park with that one. Sounds killer paired with the Quantum Mystic too. Surprisingly no feedback squeals when all three are engaged either. One of the cool things about the way I have it set is that with the Ritual alone I nailed the tone to Baby Bird and got close to the heavy tone when I kicked on the Revelation side. Now to start my Whores cover band.

Nice Conky. Saw that pictures of that Revelation and it looks fucking sweet.
Surprised about the lack of feedback squealing. I felt like any other dirt paired with my Pharaoh was squeal to high heaven.Probably just needed to tweak settings.

Interesting how we celebrate our freedom and honor those who took it for us by blowing shit up. It sounded like a goddamn professional fireworks display all around my neighborhood, which did not please me since my dogs generally don't like fireworks and my daughter was asleep. Fortunately she slept through it all and my dogs didn't freak out like they normally do, because I had every intention of going full on redneck psychopath on the residents of whatever house woke my kid up. Glad you had some drugs and distractions to make it less stressful for you

1. Clips.
2. Your cover band should dress in suits and be called Escorts.

Well, the Revelation and Ritual are set pretty low so that could be why. The Revelation is set for a slight bump in volume and low end and the Ritual is pretty low as well. Its pretty nice to do some light handed palm muting for low gain break up. Kinda sputtery but fits well in a few lighter parts we do. Stacked though its a fucking beast.
And fuck yes to Escorts.

Or go the other route and call yourselves Pimps.
fireworks weren't so bad around here. Most people go to the beach and shoot em off into the water and shit. Not much in the neighborhood.
