Anyone going to one of the Sleep shows where they are selling an Arik Roper print (Boston, NYC, and Philadelphia)? I want one so if anyone would be down to have me paypal you some money to get me one and ship to me, I'd forever be in your debt!

In my own personal doom news, in the coming days I will have my new Eminence Kappalite 15 installed in my 1x15 cab so I'll finally be able to hook it up to my MAG300 with my Ampeg 4x10 :doom:

It is a real shame I don't play in a doom band

I just turned 28. This means I am now a decade older than most college freshmen. And I'm a college freshman.

everyday of my life.

somebody at work recently didn't understand a Tommy Boy reference.

I was like, 'were you even around in the 90's!?' and then I realized that no, they were not.

YOUF MOUFMENT!

Going to see Falls of Rauros tonight -- I know its black metal, but these dudes are fucking rad, and you should listen to them/see them on their East Coast mini tour. :poke:

8/20: Millcreek Tavern, Philadelphia, PA w/ Sadgiqacea, Haethen
and Bastard Thieves

We will be playing at the Odditorium in Asheville, NC on August 21 alongside Shadow of the Destroyer.

8/23: Southern Darkness Fest, Tampa, FL

8/27: Union Pool, Brooklyn, NY w/ Obsidian Tongue and Oneirogen

Also, the southern Darkness Fest looks bitchin. Bongripper, Pelican, Storm of Light, Falls...

I dig them. I might make it to see them at Union Pool if my band isn't practicing that night. But I do get to see Mouth of the Architect 2 days after that. Excited for that.

Am I the oldest one here..? I was born in 1971.... The depressing part is I have a drug habit older than a lot of the people on this forum. :erm:

I was born in 86 so I guess I'm in the middle of people here...

I saw that new baritone. I would love to try it but I'm not too keen on the color. Maybe if I switch the pickguard it would look better.
