I read somewhere it was a Guv'nor as well, which set me off looking for one of the. Fuck those prices.
My mate had a mk2 guv a while ago that I really like. Those are much cheaper.
I may even go that route at this stage.
But Interviews with Bill about what he used state Les Paul>HM2>800.
It was probably a bunch of stuff.
He did like 4 guitar tracks per song.

Yeah it was probably a variety of things. In this day and age if I wanted that scooped tone I'd grab one of those Amptweaker pedals the ex Peavey 5150 guy is making. They sound like they really nail that tone.

That's the tight metal, right? I gotta suss it.
At least it's cheaper than some of the other clones out there.
Up to $250 is just ridiculous.
Even the originals are approaching $200 now.
Crazy shit.

Hopefully Nick rescues his hard drive contents and we can get those PCBs happening :poke:....???

 Where do you find this shit!!

Oh, and last night i finally got to play my backwards pedalboard set up...i much prefer it the traditional order of pedals. It just makes everything pop a little more and the dirt pedals actually sound as if they are closer the amp...maybe perception is taking over my ears, but i think i hear a difference and its a good one...well worth the re-org.

Definitely worth experimenting with pedal order from time to time, just in case there was something you missed.

what's this about nick's hard drive? is there a problem with the hm2 pedal? half the fucking reason i got a steady job is so that i can buy one at some point.

Well, he'll clarify if he drops by, but over in the HM2 project thread he said he lost all his info on the project when his PC died in the arse.
So, just the DRoom DIY build was put on the back burner.
Not sure if it has effected his other builds.

I was able to get the info back. Got 3 tester PCBs in. Will once again swooped in and paid for the tester.

I used to use one with a Bassman for guitar and it was rad. Loud as fuck.
