Jon - Thanks! It's not like it's a catastrophe if I smoke, it just makes me lazy, unmotivated, anxious at times and somehow more stressed, it's just not good for me. I'll probably still smoke every blue moon, but taking a break for now.

Actually i think it was a good thing in the end.

Alcohol is not the issue. I think I have anger issues mixed with mild depression and general lack of emotional response, which all create the perfect storm if I'm out in a situation where I "can have too many beers" and don't need to be responsible.

The mrs and I have had several good talks and everything is moving in the right direction
