Are they 32", 36", 32"? Tell us more! Seriously, some beautiful basses by two of my favourite luthiers, congrats.
Great eye!!! 32, 36, and 32 is spot on!!!

Been through a zillion basses and CT scratched the itch for me. These instruments far exceeded my already through the roof expectations. The 36 is from 2010 and the 32 is from 2017. Both I got new, but the 32 I am the 2nd owner...guy got it and immediately put it up for sale. I had a pair of no frills/semi frills that I sold/traded to buy the 32.

I used to.play 36" only but joint issues switched me to 32". Swapped a 6 string Mørch for the Rob Allen to get my fretless fix. The rest is history. Im waiting on a 32" 5er from Carl strung E > C. The instruments play like a dream (if local to NY hit me up if you wanna check em out in person).

I wish I was local to NY! Unfortunately I'm a few thousand miles away  but I've properly lusted after one ever since I first became aware of them through Primus. Well, it's always been an academic lust as that pricetag will probably keep one forever out of my grasp! Until you say things like "exceeded already through the roof expectations" and then I find myself considering selling all my guitars and basses to fund the one but that is a ballsy gamble.

Sorry to hear about the joint issues, that really sucks. Playability aside is there a big difference between 36"/34"/32"?

I find the tone is best at 36" very piano like clarity to the lowest notes. 32" is like a toy...and I love toys!

Carl's mew lrices are also about 1/2 of used prices. His stuff is acthally.cheapernthan most "boutique" stuff. Worth the used prices imo but you dont have to pay em if you dont mind a long waot w zero communication.

Probably belongs in the hack jobs thread lol. Cheap Chinese neck finally arrived last night so I threw this together. It was originally a 12 string that I put together as a proof of concept for a band I'm no longer involved with, and it seemed to want to be a short scale bass instead. Really pleased with how it turned out. Handles drop c surprisingly well. Couldn't justify springing for a wattplower or eb0 but this will do the trick for the time being.

Oh I guess I should post this one too

Had no bass anymore so I decided to try this little fella. 23" scale. Feels solid and sounds good. Happy with it as a cheap, fun and lightweight recording and songwriting tool :)*
