Hey,

I made a doom song again. This time I created the guitar sound with diy RAT pedal going to OR120 clone and JetCity120 with an Y-cable. Then miced both. I used NE5534 chip for the RAT. I think it's nastier than LM386. Bass sound is made with a electric amp 120 clone.

Made an ambient track yesterday. Trying to be more impulsive and just put things out there instead of using alot of time and ending up with deleting stuff.

I really liked that. What sort of 4-track did you use?

Recently got an Electribe 2 and I'm loving every second of it. It's made it a lot easier for me to create electronic music without an overwhelming amount of options or hardware limitations (my computer sucks). And when I do run into limitations, like running out of channels/midi notes, cool things happen as it tries to prioritize sounds on its own. Very inspirational to me.

Edit: Thanks :)

Thanks! It is a Fostex XR-5. Recorded everything on the 4 track, then transferred that into Live for mixing.

That was great! I loved the lyrics, and the rhythm had me headbanging. Great tone, too.
