Anticipations been a bitch.

So we have some not bad video and audio from the last show that people were nice enough to share with us. Going to be some minor tweaks like mixing the different audio tracks together and syncing to the video, but we should have a half hour Flux set to share featuring the current line up in a week or so. I think we had most of the new stuff on the set list that night.

Thanks for the info on effects loops, doombros. I was worried that it was something wrong in particular to my gear.

My Soldano's loop is crap too. It only works with line level stuff.

So just rack gear then?

Some, maybe all?, of tc electronics stuff is line level I believe. I used to run the Hall of fame and their delay in my soldano's loop to decent effect anyway.

I think most of the Tech 21 pedals are line level as well, but it's definitely a much smaller group of products. Enough that it's odd, unless it's just that it was designed in the 80's (when rack gear was king) and never updated.

WHAT THE FUCK AM I LOOKING AT?!

In more frustrating AOR news, mine just blew up one of the new 6CA7s I ordered for it

I biased one of them fine and went to double check the other was in range, turned everything off, swapped the probe over, powered back on, arc central, blew one of the fuses, now only one of them lights up.
SO FUCKING PISSED.
Not sure whether or not to blame the tube, but realistically its more than likely the fucking mystery short that's happening in the amp.
I'm conceding defeat. Just emailed Tym's, hopefully they can get me in.
Not sure if its worth emailing Amplified Parts where I ordered the tubes from and asking what the fuck....

I JUST WANT A FUCKING AMP THAT WORKS!!!

Why is that so fucking hard?

Believe me, if I could find one that wouldn't cost its weight in gold to get down here, I would.

sorry bro, you have the worst amp luck.

What's THE SINGLE MOST RELIABLE AMP EVER? Cause that's what you should get next. Something bullet proof, and then dip it in kevlar and put it behind 6 inches of steel plate.

Seriously though that sucks.
