Haha, yeh, I know it's fresh. I was just wondering if you planned on making candy with it. A friend of mine did, sort of like a chewey candy, and it was delicious.

I spent some time yesterday looking at glace' and fruit confit recipes and I think I will try something like that. If all else fails, I'll stick it in a bottle of vodka or gin.

Since most people here are from US or Canada there's a good chance my Santa is from there, and given the situation of italian post offices i am sure i am not going to receive the box before january. I am waiting a package from Canada and it's stucked in the customs since december 12th.
Anyway, it doesn't matter, it will lighten up my january

Yeah international shipping is always a big question. Even if you pay to expedite, it isn’t necessarily getting there any faster
