That is beautiful, and I am insanely jealous of your skills.

It's really hard to work knowing this is behind me.
Just got the Model:Samples, and although it's "simpler" it has actually taught me a lot about the Elektron sequencer which has made working with the Digitone that much better. Plus, it's fun.

I think we need to see more of that room! Is it just a synth corner, or is there more to that room?

Just the corner basically, but I do have my amp and pedal board on the adjacent wall. Otherwise it's just work desk, bookshelf, and a chair for my cat to sleep in all day.

No complaints.

Sure.
top: Mixer, Digitone, Alesis Wedge
bottom: Zoom H4n Pro, Model:Samples, Midi Fighter Twister, Monome norns and grid, Fabrikat > AR (on mixer send), Qunexus, Midialf. Only thing I use a lot that isn't in the pic is the iPad.
I don't really use this as a system -- pretty much always just one thing at a time. Norns and grid are the central hub. Used standalone (or with synth or guitar input), sometimes as midi generator for digitone, but I also sometimes sequence samples in norns from the Digitone. Everything runs into the mixer and I used a pre-fader send to Fab and AR for blending as desired. Things are either recorded directly on norns, or to a stereo track on the Zoom.
All that said, there really are no rules. Cables and routings move around a lot. I used to chase the "perfect can-do-all" setup but much prefer sitting down and setting up whatever seems interesting at the time. More info/notes/sounds on my blog: http://www.matthewgavette.com/noticing

Very nice collection. I have a similar approach with having a variety of things that aren't really ever plugged in as a "single system" although they can be relatively easily. Just becomes cable city and there's too much to focus on, especially when I mostly record so I can just overdub!

Awesome! The minilogue is a very cool synthesizer. I have a Mono/Poly, otherwise I had considered buying one as well. Did you already play breakout?
