Thanks for all the kind words about the amp, guys. I got it to my storage last night and gave it a spin. Sounded greaaaat...... besides the fact that it's in desperate need of a re-cap. All the filter caps are original ('73) and it's definitely giving me that cap farty hums that my other amps did before I replaced the caps. At least it's an easy job, and I already ordered all but one. The amp still sounded great on top of that! I had instant hearteyes.

I had a big ole multiquote and then my computer ate it. So heeeeere it goes.

Whores track is rad as fuck.

I want everything in that Dunwich pic and the Chtulu sounds great.

New Torche sounds rad and I'm always shocked I don't listen to them on a regular basis.

Love the clip Sam - what dirt is that?

That Model T is clean as shit. Congrats on the find.

Kind of a long shot, but I know there are some SF bay area peeps on here. I'm getting ready to sell some nice drum gear. Ludwig Epic Pro Beat kit, greenburst finish maple/birch ply in big Bonham style shell sizes, some Paiste 2002 Classic cymbals in really nice condition, hardware, all pretty light to moderate use as I bought it all for studio/jamming use and don't really play drums myself much anymore. If anybody knows anyone who might be interested, shoot me a message, I haven't put any ads up yet but I did a bunch of research recently to price everything competitively.

Fuck yeah. Looks like they redid the 2 best tracks off the 2009 demo, which is exactly what I was psychically willing them to do!!

I need a cheap boost like an SD-1 or an LPB-1. Anyone got any other cheap suggestions?

i've found the ocd to be a great boost. not as cheap as what you mention, but can be had fairly cheap, 80-100 bucks. stands pretty well on it's own too. personally, i'd rather have a sort of cheap great boost over a really cheap okay boost.

I also find an OCD to be a nice low gain boost. I don't really like it at high gain because it sounds kind of digital to me, but I love using it as a slight boost on the edge of break up or so.
