But sg's look beautiful with bucker sized p90's here's mine with BK pig 90's. Awesome grind, and way better clean tones than the duncan distortions I pulled...

Speaking of 420, some great sales going on with alot of the online headshops. Picked up a pakoh urinal slide today cheap, been wanting one for awhile, definitely stoked.

The heavy ass V4 arrived today. Got my woman playing my monson on it.

if you think a v4 is heavy may you never have to move around a vintage SVT

also I knew that midnight asshat was trouble when he marketed a pedal as a preamp.

I'm a fan of orange oranges. it just seems right anything else is just not right.

I might have to get a second one. I do have to say one thing about the cr120 I'm having problems with mine when I run it for extended periods in recording. When my beta lead died or whatever got fucked up since it isn't dead it just doesn't put out... the orange totally died out as well. But the next day it was fine. I didn't think anything about it for months. Now this weekend I was putting it through the paces with an Ampeg SS and the orange died/cut out totally again. I switched to the mosfet and finished my recording for that day. I'll see if it's fine today. but it seems that it's getting overheated or something just very weird. maybe it just doesn't like working with any other head.

I was wondering why wildebor hasn't been around posting cause he was always rather vocal about what he was doing. Makes sense that he lays low.

I can understand like everyone that gets overwhelmed or whatever cause i'm good for getting piled on with everything I'm doing.

Yeah my OCD would probably want matching headshells as well....

Interesting, is it hot in your jam space? It definitely gets plenty hot even with a fan directly on me at our space. But shutting down from too much heat is never a good thing. If you figure out exactly what causes it please let us know.

But yeah, bands like disEMBOWELMENT, Ataraxie, Anhedonist, Symptom, Shroud of the Heretic, Sempiternal Dusk etc.

Mindrot and Jungle Rot, maybe even Malevolent Creation, come to mind for me, thats what we considered deathdoom way back when.

Maybe mindrot but Jungle Rot is just osdm even back in the day they were just death metal. not doomy in the least. Malevolent Creation is the complete opposite of anything doomy.. I honestly feel you are thinking of the wrong band cause that's how incorrect that is. No one even back then considered them deathdoom. Ol boy is pretty damn close to the money with the bands he listed. Throw in bands like Cianide, Coffins, Hooded Menance... it's not that it randomly gets slow usually they are slow to begin with and randomly speed up is more like it.

actually it really isn't extra hot in my unit or space but it doesn't matter that fucker is dead dead dead. So I'd have to take it so someone to find out what the fuck is wrong

not pleased in the least.

With the bands I mentioned, it's the opposite. Aside from Anhedonist really. But the rest start off as old school dismember style death metal and have nice little doom passages in each song.

I have. Fuck that. I'm glad I don't play bass, because I'd want one.
Then I'd want to see a chiropractor. I have bad form when it comes to lifting.
At my old job I strained my abdominal muscle.

Well, if I was setting the bar high in quality I'd mention Brent Monson. But that Blake Judd. What an ass of a junkie.

It seems like there's a lot of folks who have good reasons to have a problem with that dude, but did he do something to you personally?

My memory was a lil "foggy" yesterday you'll have to forgive me  I honestly have no idea why I included MC, I know I was thinking of another band that I still havent remembered  Jungle rot I thought had some what used to be called "breakdown" parts that I thought were pretty doomy, but I may be remembering wrong. One of these days I'm gonna have to go back through my teen age years CD binder and relisten to stuff to make sure my memory is correct.... Coffins to me though is pretty much the "go to" for dethdoom, those guys are freakin sick.

Damn dude!!! Sorry to hear about the orange!!! Please let us know if you find out what happened to it.

Yeah that's sort of my feeling on it too. I saw them play with Opeth and High on Fire a few years back (and apparently almost got killed by a beer tub dude threw out a window, although I didn't know it at the time) and they were pretty rad live, even if the dude was a mess.

Nah, you gotta add in shitting on other builders and dissing their pedals in one post and then when you call him out on it he says he was just offering constructive criticism and meant no harm. Also, I don't believe I've ever heard that midnight dude say that if you don't play a V4 with Gold Lions then your tone is shit.

Don't forget making his pedal offerings by stealing other builders ideas and rushing to get them out before they do so he can claim them as his own and then basically saying nanana booboo and sticking out his tongue..... :picard:
