Thanks guys, it plays really cool! And the case was a last minute surprise, he didn't mention it in the ad.. :joy:
Only thing I don't like are the screws in the bridge, they are pretty sharp and scratchy, I already cut my arm open. So does anybody know where I can get those bridge covers?

Mine had the bridge cover, but it impeded palm muting, so I took it off, and now just deal with the large amount of scars I have on my right wrist.

:idk: buy a different bridge? I think the Badass 1 bridges were direct replacements.

I think the bridge cutting open arms was the genesis of KISS.
Gene: "I started wearing these gaunlets to protect my arms but just so I don't look like a bondage clown let's put on some face paint"
Peter: ohh ohh I wanna be a kitteh.

You could file the pointy burr things away with a little sandpaper :idk:

It's not only because of the scarification of myself, I think I also just have some kind of bridge cover fetish I guess

But already love it after 2 days of band rehearsals, it sounds like a beast on the smaller transistor amps I used with it.. Like it more than my Precision on the low alternate tunings, for regular tuning rock I prefer both as much, but for more subtle playing the P stays king, until now it's much easier to give definition with the P..

But I'm happy with the purchase! What a beast!

The bassist in one of my old bands used to always wear a sweatband on his right wrist on stage for that reason.
