I put my vote on Sunset Boulevard. I'm not sure if its a horror or more of a drama, but the old lady is super scary.

If that doesn't count check out Attack of the Killer Tomatoes (director's cut), I am convinced that it is the greatest movie of all time. It's hilarious and has been imitated so many times by so many different films. It established the horror-comedy genre.

Sunset Boulevard is such an amazing movie, though it's a film-noir. I personally love "Touch of Evil" myself. The first three minutes are a cinematic masterpiece.

When I was a teenager, Night of the Demons was probably my favorite.
Later, I really liked Jeepers Creepers because the monster wins.
These days, I defend the Shyamalan movie Signs, but nobody agrees.

Signs wasn't great when I saw it. Both times. I think his directing is top-notch though.

Right on, WaveForm, I figured you meant that cool old one! Can't wait to watch it!

The Shining is also one of my top favourite horrors, it's an amazing movie and I never get tired of watching it.

dmcmahon, I totally agree with you about Jeepers Creepers and Signs! Looking forward to checking out Night of the Demons since you've got such good taste, sir. (Remember in Signs when they're watching the video of the sighting captured on a camcorder... that part is pretty freaky... there's a "real" video just like that shot in Mexico a few years ago that's freaky as hell)

And The Fly, man that movie rules too! You guys are good at horrors!
