Beware that Ampeg VL-50 I had a Vl-100 and it was plagued with problems left and right. Apparently after Lee Jackson designed it Ampeg took it to their design department and had them change tons of stuff to save money and completely fucked the amp. Lee Jackson himself has a ten part how to fix video series on youtube.
