Oy. As feared, my outbound has toggled over to “arriving late” with no location scans added since it left my local post office a few days ago.

And based on the “informed delivery” inbound tracking, I have packages getting bogged down from odd places, so I’m expecting a late Santana. Two weeks on “priority” mail? It’s fine, just another detail of our 2020 hellscape. Hate the situation, love the Santana.

Ugh, same here. Santee's gift was supposed to arrive yesterday. Now...who knows

Fucked up thing is when a box isn’t scanned in when a label is bought at home or by a business. If not scanned at pickup or post office drop, sometimes it doesn’t get scanned until right before delivery. Right now, that could be a while. For selling gear, I’ve made a point of waiting on line at the counter for them to scan in and print me a receipt. I’m careful so I want good proof for an insurance claim in case they lose something.

I opened e top of mine to get the tape off for faster Christmas opening (I am lying obviously) and saw a note that said wait until dec 25 please.
