conky wrote:Fuck strap locks. Just go to the hardware store and spent 10 cents on two washers big enough to hold your strap on. I have done this with every guitar I have had for the last 15 years and I haven't had one fail me yet. Spend the rest of the money you would have wasted on strap locks on something cool and useful like a Hustler and a patch cable.

Don't get me wrong, I used to do this all the time until I got my Iceman with th moulded case. As the neck end button is rear mpounted it meant that it actually wouldn't fit in the case properly with the strap still on (because fuck unscrewing the damn thing everytime you play/stop playing. But, you're right. Would totally work on a LP.
I guess I forgot what having a normal shaped guit is like.
When it was just my shitty strat, I used to duct tape straps on.
Print porno is like seeing movies shot on real film.
Blurring the lines of reality.
Dazzamatazz being in FLux and not doing AW is like one of these Good News/Bad News situations.
But I'm sure that coolness will abounds from all parties in the future, so that's rad.
Also, Daz and T, I get the need for a muff, I love em (I've got an NYC here I'm gonna tinker with and my Marsh Chapel I'm yet to get around to and I'll probably get an Amp On Fire if Alan ever reissues them, even though that goes beyond the muff) but if you want to go out and kick some ass, I'd much rather Blast Apes and not stress about where I sit in the mix. That fucking pedal has the rad cut.
Seriously, T, that's a lot of weight to consider in this dilemma.
SLK, that looks rad. Let us know after you're better acquanted with it whether or not this is a sleeper brand.
Also, arctic white is rad on LPs. Ever radderer when its aging (I dunno, I really like a yellowing finish).
And in other news I have a mortgage now. Woot?/!

Well done. I love the look of a white LP that has started to fade and yellow.

Those and Goldtop should be the only LP finishes offered.

It's only a matter of time before arthouse porn becomes a thing and they shoot it on real film and talk about the credibility of the art or some such shit
Yeah, muffs are necessary. I will probably start with the cheapest option and see if I can snag a Marsh Chapel, which may suit my needs just fine. After loads of overwhelming gas in that thread I made, the frontrunners (aside from a MC) are the Blunderbuss and Badascan.
Mortgages are oppressive and brutal as fuck. Mortgages give you +6 metal.

Looks snazzy as shit in those pics. Glad you're enjoying it so far.

Yes regrettably, it's true, standards have fallen in adult entertainment. It's video, Dude. Now that we're competing with the amateurs, we can't afford to invest in little extras like story, production value, feelings.

I only shoot my pornography on 8mm to accurately capture the grit and authenticity of the scene.

Typically I just use Snapchat, although I find the available running time to be excessive.

More time for compelling story AMIRITE?
In non-pornographic news - anybody still building Marsh Chapels? I know that there were a few in the bst recently, but I don't see them now.

It's a one-knob tone switch LBMP with the gain maxed all the time. I am absolutely positive multiple someones on ILF can build it for you.

I can think of three amazing fucking bands that currently are "on hiatus" Due to key players being unavailable. About to be 4.
I had this stoned commie idea about getting a sort of collective pool of musicians together to be able to fill in on each others bands in case of injury, geographical issues, or to make touring a posiblity for people who cant afford to take off for a month whenever.
But hell yeah man, if you are going drastic, this probably isn't a bad place to run to.
If AW is no more, then why do they still practice?
