Don't know anything about the Thunderverb, but Traynors are not exactly clean headroom machines. Loud, sure, but rarely clean.

Thats what i tried to tell him. He's got some of the cleanest cleans he could get right there. He doesnt even have a cab that is compatible with the Traynor.

The bad part is he knows it. Talks about how he needs to realize he has good shit and make it work instead of flipping it for something else that will give him the best tone. He plugs in, strums, says its the greatest sounding head ever. Raves about it. Goes home after practice and then immediately tries to flip it for something that he sees in a for sale ad on his newsfeed. He never takes time to explore an amp to see what all it can do. Love him to death but goddamn I have to everytime he talks about an amp.
