Here we go people, first single by a "new" ILOVEFUZZ band (me, dos and goroth) is released today. We're pretty psyched about this metal.

finally got time to listen to this, great job y'all!
I particularly enjoyed the "tribal" vibe on the drums paired with the doomy riff.

Bitchy Poo what's your rig on this recording? I hears the glitches. I hears the meedles. I hears the delays.

So for guitars it was mostly a Squier J Mascis Jazzmaster, no mods completely stock. On Bullet in Flight and Apocalypse I used an Epiphone sg with a GFS mean 90 in it and Skullservants metal les paul "Lester". But really, mostly it was thay jazzmaster.

Amp was a 1981 Marshall JMP into a smaller 4x10 slanted marshall cab. We also split the signal to a vox AC 30 that was in the studio which helped for clarity in the mix and w as the main clean sound for the verses on "Lightspeed".

Pedals moved around but for sure my dirt section was a Boss Waza Super Overdrive for my rhythm crunch sounds, which I boosted with a dimed Boss Turbo Overdirve (mode 1). Solos I used a Boss GE-7 with the mids and high mids boosted. Was going for a Smashing Pumpkinsish solo sound (of course) and got it dialed in with that. It broke after recording so currently I bounce between a q zone and a LWA The Bump for a similar sound.

Apart from that core distortion sound, stuff swapped around all the time. The wooshes you hear at the end of bullet and pretty much every delay sound on the EP is a Line 6 DL4 with presets I programmed plus a metric fuckton of overdubs in the mix. An EQD Aquaduct and MXR Phase 90 held down my modulation section along with a plug in version of the dimention C on the guitars in lightspeed. Pitchshifting was a Boss Super Shifter being used as a whammy cause im boring.

One last constant I should mention too is end of the chain for every session I had a maskaudioelectronics Massive Amp (micro amp clone) always on at noon just to add some extra s a u c e to the tone. That was a wedding gift from Alec too, so shoutout to the boy!
