Ended up selling most of my pedals a couple months ago to help pay some emergency bills and I'm just now starting to build it back up again. The model fet came yesterday and I snagged the mij hm2 about a week ago, they sound absolutely vicious together

Can the Model feT go high gain or it's mostly a pre-amp kind of thing?

Much awesome.
With the high/low knobs at 3 o'clock it's also a very nice doom/sludge machine.

Yeah it can get pretty deep into fuzz territory.
The hm2 is more versatile than I was expecting, it sounds super t h i c c through the fet dimed and sounds good as a doomy fuzz too

Thats a vicious fucking combo. ive been on the fence about getting a HM-2 for months

I cant wait for the Earthbound Audio Throat Locust for my HM2 fix!! I have a feeling it will bring the lows for bass too.

The Hm2 is wayyyyy more versatile the death metal people make it, if you boost the lows and drop the highs it sounds really good. Its currently my only dirt. Im a rat guy and a sort of like muffs and it sits somewhere in between both.
