Aaaaah! Yeah, my Boris knowledge is lacking. I went with Eivind to see them one time and I enjoyed it a lot, and I'm one of the few people who loooove New Album, but that's about as far as my knowledge goes!

Yeah, it was my first choice, but I couldn't find it Rainbow is not comparable to New Album but is also kinda different from their usual drone approach. More like, standard not-so-heavy-rock? I absolutely love some tracks of it, some great fuzz tones too (I.e. the solo in the title track).

Thanks for the warning about the polarity of the power supply - as you can see I have one that I could switch to centre positive and while I haven't plugged a lead in to try it through my pedals yet I can confirm that it powers on, which is always comforting to know.

I've got a midi keyboard which I'm hoping will work with it and I reckon I'll have loads of fun creating cool sounds,followed by even more when I get my head round the manual

There's a lot to uncover, that's for sure.
