To give jwar some credit, Velcro is always more expensive than I expect it to be. And weren't there other complaints you've grumbled about? Like it's real flexy or something?

It's not very well made honestly. I mean, he did his best, but if I had to do it over again, I definitely would not go that route. The in and out jacks move all the time because they are not tightly secured, there is not center support (even though I've seen him create boards with them and I did suggest it), the velcro that's on this is nice looking but it not industrial for sure, there's several other things that bother me, but it's ok for the cheap price I paid. Ultimately, if I had a nice table saw, I'd just make my own.PeteeBee wrote:To give jwar some credit, Velcro is always more expensive than I expect it to be. If I was rocking that many stomps, I'd try and figure out a way of having a two-board system that you could stack on top of each other for transporting. I know you're a strong dood and iirc your board doesn't get moved much but it's something I think about when I see big boards.jwar wrote:It's not very well made honestly. Re-board weight. It's manageable but a royal pain I'd assume if I gigged.
Most likely if I were to ever want to gig (LOL), I'd go almost pedal-less. That seems sad but most geetar players around here don't appreciate my massive dirt and modulation use.

Man, you just need to write/find a band with the kind of songs where it works!

Reminds of Amulets' pedalboard. But he uses it to play prerecorded tape loops.Brandsmannen wrote:

Just tossed this together, mostly for synth-related activities. Very pleased with the outcomes so far!
