Welcome! That looks like a great board, the dirt section is unimpeachable on that one. How's that muff?
Thanks! I definitely prefer it to the USA NYC reissue that I used previously, more grit and midrange presence. Not sure if it's based on a specific "era" like the Wren and Cuff Tall Font Russian, which was another Green Russian clone I'd considered.fcknoise wrote:Welcome! What is the red pedal in the upper right hand corner?Wittgenstein wrote:I was feeling pretty good about this board until I heard about frog print In Limbos...now just kinda meh about it.
What is the Stamme[n] and, who makes it?UglyCasanova wrote:It's been a while. It's pretty much the same, but I've moved some stuff around to avoid hitting the wrong switches and added/subtracted some pedlols.

Board after my own heart! I have one of those older fredric muffs and it's the best muff for guitar I've tried (I've tried a lot that were very good, fredric is the best of them. That said, I miss the russian-style dope priest I flipped recently).kleinchen wrote:
BF-2 is the most recent acquisition here (something tells me the Polychorus wasn't going to fit on this board). Also first post

Sick setup dude!baremountain wrote:ThanksI was rehearsing for my set and I stumbled upon an incredible sound using the Dream Reaper, No Memory, Pretty Years, and Spectre in the settings shown (except the Spectre; that's running from a preset) and I wanna use that sound to open my set so I'm like super reluctant to change any of the dials because I *know* I'll never get this sound back haha
The No Memory is right on the brink of oscillation, but the internal modulation circuit makes it so that it swells up to a loud volume then slowly drags itself down in pitch. Instant boner. The Pretty Years takes the incoming wall of noise and adds tons of watery/scratchy texture and really brings out the mid frequencies. I typically don't care for presets on pedals but damn I wish I had them right now.
