i use the tap tempo as one would, and keep the time knob rolled way down to get an easy slapback by just barely nudging it with a toe. have been a long time sd vapor trail fan, and this has knocked it off the board (tho i've no intention to let it go)
I'd like to try out a Rubberneck Delay sometime. I had an Afterneath on my board for years until I got into a band and discovered that it gets absolutely buried in a mix. I just don't know of too many uses for Delay as a bassist though. I like getting all ambient when I'm jamming by myself though.
Listen, the WORLD is my board. All of the pedals are on it, just out of my reach..

^ the concentric tone/gain knob(s) should help you with mix anyway...

Dig that too! It retains the HP's hypersensitivity and adds a boosted octave of the harmonically spiked signal
Only drawback is you dont get the benefit of the GR's noise gating; which is very useful with HP+single coils.
Either way, you step on the GR and you're going to cut through a mix :animal:

The new pedal board. My old suitcase setup got destroyed in the great chicago flood this year but fortunately enough I had all the pedals out and just lost my power supply. So I scraped out some junk wood from the garage and through this together and with the addition of the DA120 I figured it was time to post :thumb:

Dunwich amps DA-120. Twisted take on orange/Matamp. versatile but specializes in the doom thing.

This sounds like such a sick combination. I need to try another green ringer circuit

It seems to get gritty when it's cranked, especially if the treble is up too. It's hard to tell the way that I use it though. I have it at the end of my fx loop to bring the volume up after the signal goes through the reverb and stuff. The whole fx loop is switched on and off with the little white Saturnworks pedal at the bottom middle of the board, and I would notice a significant volume drop when switching it on. I used to use an EQD arrows for this but it sucked all the low end out and made it sound like I was playing through a radio or something. This one is much more versatile in that role since it has a tone knob.
