I have been playing around with my flanger early in the chain, set very slow and light. Now you guys are making me want to try putting it last and see how I like it.

Do you have any recordings of the project with you wife? I'd be down to hear it. I'd never heard of Young Marble Giants, but I checked them out and it sounds cool. I'm surprised at how not recent they are, the minimalist style and production, the vocal style, it could be contemporary indie music.

I did it because I heard some song that flanged the repeats of a delay. I've been having fun playing around with that, but I can't remember the song that inspired me to line it up that way in the first place. It's driving me nuts!

Here's my latest. Not much different than the last time I posted here, but the pedaltrain helped me clean up the wires a little. I had previously been using a repurposed steel footrest and I had thought about drilling some holes in it for cable management purposes, but it was actually pretty thick steel and I didn't think my drill could handle it.

I'm too old to be scrabbling around on the floor every time I need to tweak something, and I like to do a fair amount of tweaking. :)

The only thing I "ought" to change is how they are powered, but my current set up of assorted power supplies plus daisy chains plugged into (probably) too many extension leads is working without any unwanted noise, so they'll do for now ;)

The other thing I need for clean recordings is a chair that doesn't creak, but it's not that important right now.

Made a mini grab&go board. Fits in the front pocket of the gigbag.
This looks like so much fun!!! How's the little tuner working?
The tuner is OK. One cool thing is that you can charge ut up, and use it without a power supply. But the downside is that it has two Moses: Guitar(with the option of downtuning) and chromatic. Since I mostly play baritone guitar I need to have it in chromatic mode, but when you turn it on it is always on guitar mode, and to change you have to use a pen/minijack-plug/pin. So it is some hassle with it.
Thanks for the feedback on the tuner! I'd also need the chromatic mode, and that sounds like a pain, but for $20 I might give it a shot!

I'm interested as well! The youtube video sounds nice, but you can tell it's a speaker emulation.
