i have a friend who has done some builds. i'll see if he can bring me up to speed on anything i'm on unsure of. i haven't worked on a pedal since high school though, i have gotten better at soldering at the very least.
and about the twin i didn't wanna say antyhing, but yeah that's setting the bar a bit low, unless it's a tweed twin or a 60s twin...

also... INNNNNNNNN

Thanks! It's such a useful little tool. Nice score on the Dreadbox, all of their gear is just loaded with great features. I've got one of their old sonic-bits delays and that thing is wild...takes up to two CV inputs and does some really nicely textured bit crushing on repeats/oscillations.
Also more chaos inbound

already got tracking info on my Plumbutter, should be here tomorrow

I was digging through ciat site for more info on the Plumbutter and came across this early version. it was designed with 2 deerhorn.

Scroll down the page on that link and there is a note Peter wrote to the lucky owner where he gives rather informative descriptions and suggestions, even instructions on how to calibrate the Deerhorn. Looks like he intended the 2 Deerhorn to interface with his Coco instrument. He's building DEERcocoDEER now too

Not a great reason to like a pedal but I totally love the color on that one. I'm glad you got one. I didn't order one but I got a CT5 from them this week. Don't think I "needed" or "wanted" it but everyone else likes theirs so I'm being a total pedal poser.

honestly i'm kinda doing the same, i knew the ct5 was all the hype for a while now, but i didn't check it out until it was suggested to me recently. i'm thoroughly convinced it will do what i want but i have no idea how it works, and i really like the light blue color.

Yep. That's me. It looks cool. Seems to fuck with everything. It's small enough and..."but Mom....everybody else has one"
It looks like he made a good amount this time around so people can't flip them for inappropriate prices. Which I think is a good thing.

I got one because I've been missing having a looper on my board ever since I moved my Ditto to the synth rig and, it'd be a nice replacement of my DD-5.

I'd totally use one as my main looper if it had a bit more recording time. Will plan to get another one as soon as I have the funds. Would be my third.

Financial instability is a bitch.

I already have a CT5, trying to resist the temptation to get a second one. They're really something special. I think you'll see once you spend some time with it.

I just wish I'd been able to get a GB24 last year when ILFers were offloading theirs.

People on Reverb try to sell those things for new houses now.

You can't use the GB24 as a looper, though.
