Pretty much spot on!BoatRich wrote:This looks insanely fun. Are you using the CT-5 as a looper here and the particle for pitched delays?blackjaw wrote:
Lately playing with Enzo arp, then texturing it with Particle with a bit of pitch, then loop in Mode 2 or 3, then washing it with reverb. I’ve been running my AR with delay near oscillating but low delay mix and high reverb...just gives this drone wash.
I also recently set all three delays to reverse and oh man, mind warping fun!

Ugh I miss my CT-5 more every day. It was one of those pedals I wasn’t a proficient enough player to use well and now that I know what I’d do with it I can’t afford another. That sounds incredible. I need to build a small studio board for noisy shit and post rocky washes.blackjaw wrote:Pretty much spot on!BoatRich wrote:This looks insanely fun. I'm mostly happy! The cables are messy, so I want to do something about that -- and the overdrive sucks (for my purposes), but I can't really justify spending any money on a better one atm.

Sort of 4 reverb pedals & 4 delay pedals, in that the RV-6 is set to reverb+delay, so it counts as both. & the FS is for the JC's built-in reverb. The reverbs are reverse, modulated, gated, & the reverb+delay.

I flipping love this!
Have to know why middle row is upside down.
This has to make some glorious noises.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
Really boring reason for the middle row being upside down: Had too few long patch cables when I got the last two pedals, so I improvised, and then just sort of got used to it, and have been too lazy to flip them... Will probably flip them before our gig later this week though.
As far as noises go: YES. It's delicious. I can go from Slowdive to Fall of Efrafa to Cocteau Twins to Merzbow with but a quick riverdance sequence!
This is NOT a bass board. And the only thing I use that OD for is to... give a bit more headroom to the real dirt.
I want a proper OD.

That’s an old school post rock board right there. Love the no frills delays and aggressive dirt choices.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
I was trying to sell a bunch of pedals, but I finally gave up and found new uses for them. So this is my new pedalboard:

Chain is:
Polytune > Accountant > Luminary > Transmisser > Tetanus Booster > Rainbow Machine > VPJR > CT5 > Clarinot > H9 > 10 Band > Fender Excelsior

Chain is:
Polytune > Accountant > Luminary > Transmisser > Tetanus Booster > Rainbow Machine > VPJR > CT5 > Clarinot > H9 > 10 Band > Fender Excelsior
