Right, that's what I thought when the email came in....

It had tracking though and that shit worked so I didn't care where the email was coming from.

there was also a weird issue with 30-some odd orders which is finally being resolved. there may have been a few of the poly orders in there... i've been waiting to hear final news before posting about it. ugh again

there's a certain amount of credit earned for situations like this, and i understand that problems crops up, but it's been excuse after excuse from these cats, and only THAT after being badgered with emails. very silly.
