Exactly. Makes it suck harder!
My Ezhi and Aka order did have one, then it got sent back from the US to Russia because the US is stupid and can't read a shipping label.
I have many other outstanding order out there too. Sigh. It's hard to keep track when you're a whore like myself.

I've done that. You're trying not to be a dick but you watched the truck pull up on your block, in front of your house, the driver clearly did not get out, then they drive away. You get a notification via E-mail a delivery attempt was made. So you get on the phone and explain to the carrier customer service that you did not get a paper notice of a delivery attempt and that you saw the truck etc. etc.
Amazon is pretty good about that too. They said a delivery was made...it wasn't...I E-mailed. Package shows up 15 minutes later.
I wish I did not feel the urge to buy stuff because dealing with customer service (as someone who worked retail for a decade) is just not how I wish to spend my time. It's all my fault.
