spent the morning building the newest Old Mr. Grassi by Ciat-Lonbarde paper circuit, this one uses njm2073 instead of lm386 amplifiers. turned out really great

It is a cooling thingy... it takes getting use to as it is really small..

just got this in the mail today, dude just put it in a box.....no wrap...no nothin...picked up the box at the door and it was rattling around so I was like....Fhhuukk....dude says when i asked "oh ive only used a regulated power supply with it" .....what was rattling was a battery inside, just floating around.. like its been there for years.....so simple little circuit, not impressed by seller or by pedal...decided to keep my soundwave breakdown cuz the way the white heat works is like someones first pedal build...thank the maker it takes synths really good, but it wont take a peizo pickup good at all without somthing infront or in back..takes a flatpup pickup good tho.......its a fuzz, but not what I expected...damnit.
lesson: dont judge a book(pedal) by its cover(enclosure)

My impulse purchase of the week was the LONE WOLF AUDIO SUNN MODEL T adaptation in a pedal. I think I have 8 weeks before it arrives.

It's Moog Fest right now, so I finally pulled the trigger on a white Moog Minitaur. It gets here Monday/Tuesday, and I am super excited about it.

built that ciat-lonbarde phantomfet preamp paper circuit. uses phantom power to amplify a differential piezo which has ceramic on both sides. this sounded incredible inside my koto.
