I used to be you. Buying every one of Brian's pedals I could find. Fuck mountains and 4545s and Hi Gain Minis. But then I hit rock bottom. Lost it all.

Yea I miss my Hawk. It was a great pedal for bass. I always keep thinking about hitting Brian up about something custom, but I don't know if he'd be down. I still owe him for the last one. He's such a good dude.

MOAR PARTS INCOMING: tons of capacitors, a few ICs, and a buttload of transistors. Last week I built a higher gain, bassier version of a ZVex Wooly Mammoth with a switchable feedback loop. I posted a clip on Instagram and had a few people hit me up expressing interest so I guess I'm building some of these. I played a show Tuesday with my prototype and it sounded so damn good
I also sent off for my pitch-warped fuzz thing to get printed into a PCB (and designed my first PCB) last week, so hopefully those proto boards will show up soon.
New gear acquisition has dropped to a standstill, but I'm focusing super hard on building things to sell & repay my debt.

speaking of building things, this morning I finished the Nobsrine paper circuit synthesizer for babies by Ciat-Lonbarde
also ordered 400 more transistors, spools and spools of hookup wire and nana jacks.

So you have to use leads for every single component? Why not just etch copper? What are the traces made out of? I don't know if I understand the paper concept. Also, do you box these?

Seriously, if you guys have a problem with the gear UG is posting in the gear acquisition thread, why not just tell on him like you did to that guy in that Chris Cornell thread?
