Yeah I was stoked to have more options, but it just seemed he was keeping a little less inventory as time went on. Will revisit, would like to keep supporting the guy.

Why's the V3 good? Just curious. I had an early one (prob V1) and sold it to a bandmate ages ago because he needed a drive. Always thought it was a good sounding OD.

baremountain built me a v3 ocd clone, best sounding ocd i've ever used. i've played the v1, v2, v1.4 and all the current revisions, except for a real v3. nothing against baremountain's build but i'm ridiculously hard on my pedals and i'd rather stomp my boot all over mike fuller's name than accidentally break the clone that has a lot of sentimental value to me.

Selling "lower end" Gibsons is a pain in the asss for whatever reason.

for fuck sake right?
i foolishly bought one of those new sg fusions but don't play it at all. no one will take it off my hands even though i'm selling the damn thing at cost. i really need the money for more soundproofing. i have plenty of guitars anyways.

I see a variety of secondhand options available at any given time, presumably the supply greatly exceeds the demand.
Gibson also keeps cranking them out and people who want them are not materializing at the same pace.
Edit to use

No, only been to the old shop and bought 3 chase bliss pedals there one day. That was the only time i went. I knew they moved but haven't been since.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Calavera's closed up shop a while ago.

Oh no, that's too bad. I just assumed after looking at the move date to the new place. Gotta be hard if you're pretty much strictly physical place with little to no online sales. I'd love to open up a niche pedal shop but it would be hard to fompete with all the big guys cause even many of them eventually get the small up and coming builders.

Yeah, it's tough. You'd figure if it could make it someplace it would be here.
I only went in a few times, so I guess I didn't help matters much, but I always felt actually *welcomed* into the shop, which is way, way more than I can say for most of the other places around town.

Aw man, bummer. I always wondered how he'd do at the Moniker location. Remote outpost down South Congress has gotta be a bit tough for walk in business.
