Does anyone know why fatrats cost so much more than regular rats? or why they're so uncommon?

They cost more because they are made in 'mercA vs china, marketing, it's basically what other people that buy normal ones and mod them do but it's name brand... has the chip socketed so you can swap..
NAD liked it, a lot, and NAD knows his shit..
I didn't get a new one so I didn't pay full price
As to why it isn't more popular? I think: price, name, people want a "modded original" more, name, it isn't available everywhere and the name

I know that sounds dumb but as someone that actually doesn't like MOST pedals with funny art and names
if the name is dumb and the art looks like a child drew on it I tend to ignore whatever it is...

Mojotone 2x12 with V30's.
I've never been into Vintage 30's. However, after going "all out" with a Blue and a G12H30 in my Port City OS 2X12, I've decided that cab is too dark with those speakers. I'm hoping the V30's will turn it into a monster. I'll put the Blue and G12H30 in the open back Mojotone. Hopefully, that will produce more satisfaction.

Volca Sample incoming. The Beats has been fun but I've recently felt limited by its sounds. A little too fixed for the direction I want to go with electronic music.
We'll see how long the Beats lasts after the Sample is here.

Pulled the trigger on a used HOG with preset pedal. 200euros including shipping. Pretty happy with that.
