Thanks! I'm pretty proud of it too! It's my second build and a few hours with Knut-Olai really helped on my soldering skills.

Agreed, that looks awesome! Are they planning on adding that to the current lineup of pedals or was it just a project for the workshop?

Just for the workshop, me thinks. But he is working on a new pedal that me and ognoy are beta testing at the moment.

In furthering my quest to use music boxes running through eurorack and guitar pedal effects mic’d by contact mics I’ve discovered and purchased a Thoren’s Automatic Disc Music Box. This thing is incredibly cool, like a record player for metal music box discs. It came with another box of 20 different discs (swipe left to see). Also looking at other ways to trigger the notes manually and/or making my own discs with my own music. A lot of possibilities here and should sound amazing with the Barcus Berry piezo mic and preamp I recently acquired. This should be fun!

I hope so, I've wanted to try something from LAL for ages, but the prices have mostly crept up beyond where I'll normally go for something I probably won't be able to work into my paying gigs. This one just kinda walked across my path yesterday for a price I couldn't pass up, though, so I'm soooo looking forward to it. I'm also short on filtery things in general, so that's a real bonus.

"I've fully embraced my insanity and just gone with it" and bought a... Super fuzz war! I was able to play one in a store and was blown away. Fuzz + boost on this is so gorgeous. I'll tell you more once I mess with the dip switches.. Yee-aah!
