I just tried to manage my foes for the first time and got a "You cannot add administrators and moderators to your foes list." message, even though the foe I tried to add is neither an admin. nor a mod.

The one thing I am not having a problem with is procrastination... it's shit keeps happening to my body making me take it easy on my "free time"

Try it now. Click on a user, on their profile, click Add Foe. Let me know if it works.

That's true. We need a third category.

Crazy flood of spammers the last few days.
I've added a new spam-wall, and updated the board software, which should help.
If it doesn't, I may have to go back to manually approving new registrations.
