aw shit, thought it was the m13.

2009 is classic, ok?
Dude at this point it’s 10 years old and has been feature on like 65,000 djent records. It’s probably a classic.

I fucked around with it yesterday, used it as the USB interface direct to logic and man, it’s pretty fucking great. I was a little frustrated with a slight delay when switching between different settings but that was because I also had the Pod HD software open while using it and it shares certain things in those moments which causes some delays. Was able to quick record a song for my band mates that sounds pretty good.

Discovered this Russian post-metal band had been using a Pod to record their records and they had shared their settings. Ducking great settings. I’ve just been using those, haven’t even scratched the surface of everything this bastard can do.

Rubberneck is finally here.
Already started rubbernecking heavily during lunchtime.
Things I love: it sounds great, the gain control is super colorful, and it looks wonderful side by side with the MD (and it will look even better once it's correctly placed in the board) :omg:
Things I hate: the fact that the switch to turn on the effect is on the left when all my other pedals have it on the right. I swear I'm gonna press the wrong one for at least 6 months.

Get color-coded switch toppers (Barefoot Buttons or similar)?

Will do, also because my feets are sloppy and I already turn on things randomly.

Practice makes perfect. You'll learn it by doing.

That said, for what it is, if that's the only issue...accept it for what it is and work with it.

All my two-button monsters here have on-off on the left, just like the Rubberneck - but I can't say I've ever missed a beat selecting whichever function I needed at the time.

I like the barefoot buttons but I always feel like they're messing up my stomp switches somehow. Like if I don't stomp straight down there's a worrisome noise and resistance. Is it just me?

Also they come loose often and pop off at bad times. Like during a show.

Incoming, because I hate freedom, a 16U rack case.

Which means I'll have to fill the empty spaces with something.

There goes my "don't know what to buy for the year"

I cut up strips of loop velcro and stick it all around the contact points of my pedal stomper buttons. it stops it marring the pedal or the footswitch button.

Then I should start to move less on the stage. I'm noticing now that I m finalizing the new board that having most of the pedals with top mounted jacks saves a lot of space but gives me this problem of pressing multiple switch without really wanting it. :idk:

Gotta improve my targeting skills.

I'm getting a Knob Jawn when it drops. Seeing Daughters made me want another pitch shifter and while I could go boss, I wanna support Ryan and the fam.
