I at a fucking butterfinger candy bar for lunch. Now that is what I call a bad choice. i don't even like them very much, but there was nothing else to eat at the shop.

The worst part of that choice is that you will continue eating that butterfinger as you find parts of whatever that stuff is in your teeth for the rest of the afternoon.

wood slabs and some type of glue, it's very similar to the lathe and plaster I am removing from my bedroom.

I don't know that I made one good food decision today. Well, maybe that I ate zucchini and eggplant instead of hamburger with my pasta, but they were coated with bread crumbs and fried.

The butterfinger wasn't even good. It was stuck to my teeth and I was miserable for at least an hour.

There's always tomorrow right? I am planning to run in the morning and then hike with the family at a nature reserve near us. I have lots of veggies from my garden and the market, so I have no excuse. Except maybe that I am also planning on making a blueberry pie...

Eh, it's made from a fruit. And fruits are good for you.

Well...It also has a ton of butter in the crust, a CUP of sugar, not to mention the sugar in the struessel (sp) topping.

And then come the peach pies and the apple pies and apple dumplings and apple cake. And probably some muffins.

If I didn't like to cook so much, I think I would lose weight more easily.

Yeah, this week was officially a total loss. Was hanging with friends last night & had pizza. And beer. D'oh.

But again - not losing the faith! Continuing onwards! And upwards! And sideways!

Also, choosing to take inspiration from Hbombgraphics TOTALLY BITCHIN' Ip Man avatar. Maybe I should take up WIng Chun. Hmmmmmmmmm...

Always wondered just what is 'wellness' and how is it different from 'health'? I usually see that word associated with deepakchoprawoo and I don't understand it....
