Read the first page. 90% of it is there. I guess the one confusing thing is it might not be apparent that the screen shots are not Ugly Nora's youtube videos. So essentially, a guy name Uganda Boy was posing as Ugly Nora.... and the concept is so outlandish it's funny.

The breakdown:
Ugly Nora used to be a regular ILF poster. Ugly Nora made very cool, one of a kind videos/music. Very unique and indicative of the person.
Another person claimed to be the creator of those videos.
That person also claimed to be from Uganda.
This ignited a whole thing about the Uganda noise scene (in another forum)
A person named Jeffro Muganda comments on the Uganda Noise scene.
It's a bit now.

Now you too can make comments like, "Jeffro Muganda asked me about..." [Insert topical banter]
"Has anyone seen Uganda Boy?"
Bonus points if you relate those two to the Boise noise scene.
Don't say I didn't include anyone.

Those are mean fuckers. The video is from Jersey so I have seen those particular ones. Very mean. Little Dinosaurs.
