Did my my couple of hours of playing for the week and the bitquest is truly a rad pedal. It doesn’t fill every gap perfectly but it really dose give the inspiration ideas.
That said, still waiting on muh virus to get here, in the mean time I think the sound I am after is a reverb of some sort so the afterneath is on my short list as of today. I was wishing I had a tap tempo on my dispatch master but I can live with out it.
Still very broke and probably won’t pick one up until April or so.

In 92 I had a near miss on doing an even trade of an LP Studio I wasn’t digging for an Ibanez Universe, mostly just because I knew it was worth a lot more, even depreciated for the grunge era. I’m not saying I would have invented Nu Metal if that trade happened, but I don’t know how to finish this sentence.

Decide to go for the Mooer "7" pedal trifecta. There's also a more standard reverb, but this "ambient" one is right down my alley. Crank up the decay and it just keeps rumbling, has infinite tails and both of those are a super-digital like freeze effect. Various modulation options in the different modes — the bitcrushy "LOFI" mode is pretty sweet. Nice range of sounds on the tone knob.
Some of the cheap delays I've tried didn't interact well with my keybs, but this has sounded pretty good with everything I've tried so far.
I'll have to put this in line with the delay and synth pedals and maybe record a piece called "Three Sevens Clash".
