How long do you wait to workout after eating?
And do you end up tasting your lunch over the first part of that workout?

I work out in the mornings, used to wait an hour after my morning shake (banana, milk and oats), but even right before didn't give me trouble.

is everyone rocking a healthy lifestyle?
I am not
Baby was born monday and all plans for healthy eating and working out have gone out the window, gonna have to build back up when we get on a normal sleep schedule

good news though my Blood pressure at the hospital was awesome, just checked cause I was curious

I'm in the army now since July 8th. I lost 4kg (pretty much fat only) and gained a fair amount of muscle (strength). So yeah, we'll see where I'm at when I finish my service.

Yep... Every male citizen over the age of 18 has to do either 6 months of military service or 9 months of public service.

Not as healthy as it should be, my schedule has been way off lately and no baby to blame it on. Skipped about as many work outs as dinners as a result. Sometimes I wonder what's worse, no dinner or pizza.

Only that it's not the healthiest thing in the world, if it was I'd eat it every day.

Anyone else have a hard time getting enough protein?

I feel like I have been eating all day and I'm not even halfway to the amount I'm trying to make my daily intake.

I feel like that in the winter but not so much in the summer,
My garden has been so loaded up with kale this year, helps quite a bit to keep the fat down and the protein up

plus I flipping love eggs!

Do you drink protein shakes? Yogurt is good, too. I get big giant 2lb tubs of plain yogurt. Doesn't taste so good, but I power through

I need to buy some protein powder. I've been trying to do whole foods, but it's not happening.
